The property is older, however, they take very good care of it, and their response time for any issues that arise is as quick as possible. Summer and her crew are a great asset to Branchwater Apartments Keep up the awesome work

|Recommended: YesHome Sweet Home — We lived at Branchwater 22 years ago and moved away 16 years ago. When we wanted to move again we picked Branchwater again We feel like we are home again. We love our apartment and our neighbors. There is not a perfect place but this feels pretty close

I would definitely recommend anyone to rent here The privacy and updated spacious homes are so on point I love it here

|Recommended: YesPretty Pretty Good — Since new mgt arrived it’s been 200 better. Pretty quiet here mostly and no crime and great neighborhood located about 10 minutes to The Summit and downtown.
